What is FitClubHub?
FitClubHub is an independent provider of online billing and enrollment services. It does not provide fitness services, which you will receive directly from your chosen club.
How soon can I start going to the fitness club?
Once you have completed your enrollment, you can usually start within one hour. Make sure that you bring your photo identification to the club to pick up your membership card.
Can I enroll via phone?
FitClubHub is an online enrollment and billing website only. If you would like to enroll in person, you can visit your selected fitness club.
What are the costs?
Dues – The amount of your dues depends on the fitness club you decide to join. In some instances, it also depends of the membership level that you choose. You can get information on dues, locations and hours of operation via this website.
Activation fee – All fitness clubs have some sort of activation or sign-up fee. This is part of the total cost of the fitness club.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
There are no other costs to join. However, your club may charge additional fees for the use of premium amenities, such as personal training.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please check your contract for the proper way to cancel your membership.
Who do I call if I have any billing questions?
Your initial billing is made through FitClubHub, not at the fitness club. For questions about the initial billing you can email your request to customerservice@fitclubhub.com or call our toll-free customer service center at 800-294-1500. This hotline is operational Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm Eastern time. Recurring dues are billed either by FitClubHub or by your Fitness Center. Check your billing statement to find out whether to contact FitClubHub or your Fitness Center.
How do I pay for my fitness club membership?
All membership billing is done electronically either through FitClubHub or directly through your Fitness Center. Charges can be made to any major credit or debit card. Initial charges may appear on your credit card statement as “GlobalFit,” recurring charges may appear as "GlobalFit" or with your Fitness Center's billing identifier.
Can I enroll in the program if I don’t have a credit card?
No. All billing is done electronically. However, if you have a checking or savings account, your bank may offer a debit card.
